Andrew Millar | Founder and Managing Partner
Andy has spent 25 years at the intersection between science and industry. With a MSc in Physiology, and 15 years of biotech sales and marketing experience, he acts as a trustworthy advocate for the life sciences business.
In 2018,, Andy created Iris Scientific to connect science with industry by joining scientific technology companies with top performers in sales, marketing, and research.

Jason Winston | Managing Partner
Jason Winston is a recruiter with 20-years experience in strategic marketing, product management and the data sciences. He has worked as a client liaison in the delivery of national marketing programs spanning many industry verticals, including the Life Sciences and Biopharmaceuticals.
His background in Biology combined with his extensive loyalty and database marketing experience, across both Canada and the U.S., make him uniquely qualified to source and cultivate qualified scientific marketing candidates for leading life science clients.
